CSV bulk import

Upload a CSV of shipments. Tracking numbers are assigned automatically in sequence from the current maximum (starting base 5760000001).

Required columns (header row, comma-separated):

customer_name,customer_type,origin,destination,service_type,integrator_ref,status

customer_type: Individual | Company | Agent · status optional (default pending)

Workflow notes

Validate CSV offline before upload (UTF-8, one header row).
Do not include tracking_number in the file — the system allocates them.
After import, use Shipments → bulk status or open AWB print per number.
Production systems should run import server-side with transactions and audit logs.
